The majority of wideband gauges have an analog output. This output can be wired to your OBD2 plug so you can log the vehicle's air/fuel ratio with all the other engine parameters. You will need to consult the owner's manual for your gauge to determine which wire gives the 0-5v output. You need what's called a linear output instead of a narrowband simulation. This wire needs to be connected to Pin 8 on the OBD2 connector. The female pins will depend on the vehicle as there are 4-5 different manufacturers of OBD2 female plugs found in vehicles. I recommend visiting your local scrapyard to harvest a plug so you can get the correct female pins. If you know who makes the housing you can generally order the pins from an electronics supply house such as DigiKey.
