Problems with email support?

I don't know if this is the proper place to put this,but I've tried sending a few datalogs in twice and haven't heard anything back at all? I got the automated response from tuning@fastworks when sending an email, once on Sept 28 2016, and once Mar 30 of this year. My fastworks program says my VIN is still active, and can renew my license. Don't know what's happening. Thanks for any help!
