Please Help trying to install fastworks to 4g eclipse
I have added an attachement of the step it gets to can someone please help it wont let me message hackish i have disabled all firewalls and am conected to my tatrix

It comes up with that message at the bottom amd when I hit try again immediatly pops back up I have also tried just connecting with ecuflash from tatrix and it will not connect to my car but on fastworks displaus all my car info and does code reading but cant do anything else it just stops at that step of the installation

Basically it will not download the install image from fastworks servers I had Internet connection when trying this and all firewalls disabled

Did you pay for your tune already? Maybe hackish just needs do something on his end.

If the tune were not licensed then it wouldn't have allowed the installation. As for this one please submit a trouble ticket to support@fastworks.com and I'll try to narrow it down.

Having the same exact problem... have no help and no idea what to do

This was a problem from 3 years ago. I will try to reproduce it here and see if the latest software release has re-introduced the problem.
In the meantime, you could try the following, which is an older version, but has been used for hundreds of installs.
