With the rear O2 sensors present and the OEM cats you should have no problems passing. Some features like rear O2 sensor removal have effects such as not completing cat checks. This will have emissions consequences. So you can do as you've done, have all the proper emissions components installed and...

Re: Where do these wires go???

Just finished the last of the Lotuses on Friday so I'll be spending a bit of time on this when I'm back from out west.

Re: Open loop and monitors not ready

With the rear O2 sensors disabled it will never complete the cat monitors because there is no rear O2 sensor active to do the test. I can definitely provide a tune with just the immobilizer bypassed but if you've got some dead cats and/or dead sensors it may not help.

Re: Where do these wires go???

The photos I originally posted are exactly of that, a bench harness. It cost me about $200 to make as the OEM plugs are not exactly inexpensive.

Re: Where do these wires go???

Very interesting, thanks netstat. So by the looks of it that's indeed where that wire goes on the obd2 plug. I'm assuming the diagnostic link connector is under there somewhere since we've seen now that the wire does not go to the ECU.

Re: Software

First you need a tactrix 2.0 cable with the reflash plug for mitsubishi. When you have this, contact support@fastworks.com for instructions on payment and licensing.
