Attn: hackish, Latest release changes

Hey Mike, So my wideband stopped working last year shortly before I blew up my motor...The new motor has been running great by the way, so I can't thank you enough for that. Anyway, I've started tuning again, now that we're settled into our new house and I have some free time, I installed a new sens...

Re: stock fuel system capacity?

I never actually finished, this thread...what do you know?

As it turns out, installing the walbro 255 (which the 2g eclipse/dsm pump fits with some modification), resolved the issue. I have recently acquired a set of 560cc injectors.

Re: turning off rear o2 sensors/

you can run cat-less, just leave the rear O2 sensor installed, you do not need to space any sensors. You can disable the rear O2 in fastworks via configuration > configuration scalars, leave the heaters enabled.

Re: All about launch control...

have you tried to set the disable speed to 0...I've never tried, just a suggestion...I haven't been testing the software much lately because I have a bent shift fork, so I have no 3rd gear, and I got a bad CV joint...I can have a poke around and see if I can find a good method if you haven't solved ...

Re: Ability to download current cod from ECU

anytime you 'read' the ECU, the current rom is downloaded...save it as a file name you will remember, then when you load it into fastworks, you can then use the compare function to compare it to recent files...changed parameter trees will be red...if there is no red, they are the same, and you've fo...

Re: datalog viewer

makes sense, Michael and I have talked about a visual datalogger, in the form of a graph...if you''ve ever seen DSMLink, it's really cool, it has the time axism which has a slider, and then each logged parameter has a color coded line, the y axis is scaled for each data set, so all are visible on th...

Re: just flashed my car, got 7 knocks in 30mnts

when you flick the throttle like that, what you describe is normal...when you apply throttle, and then let off, the ECU cuts fuel, so then the wideband will read very lean (AEM only displays 10-17 AFR, beyond that it will display dashes, below 10 will still read 10), because there is no fuel for a s...
